The Leadership Growth Forum is designed to help Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs), who meet specific qualification criteria, learn how to grow their business. In addition to education and inspiration, attendees will enjoy a Diamond-like experience while treated as Diamonds for a day.

Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) must be in compliance at all times with the Amway IBO Compensation Plan, Quality Assurance Standards and the IBO Rules of Conduct to keep their invitation to Amway incentive trips.
For the calendar year 2021, typical IBOs in Canada earned up to $1,000 before expenses.
