Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) must be in compliance at all times with the Amway IBO Compensation Plan, Rules of Conduct and the Quality Assurance Standards to keep their invitation to Amway discretionary incentive trips.
For the calendar year 2021, typical IBOs in Canada earned up to $1,000 before expenses.
