In order to ensure you activate your limited warranty, you must register your unit within 90 days of purchase using our simple, three-step process:
- Download the Atmosphere™ Connect app.
- Pair your unit via WiFi.
- Hit the "Register" icon to successfully register your unit.
Registering your unit online or via mobile device will activate your unit’s original two-year limited warranty. As your Atmosphere Sky™ unit filters the air in your home, it will alert you when your filters need to be replaced. If you purchase, install and register the new filters within 90 days of when you are alerted, then you continue your warranty protection for up to 5 years.
You can monitor your Carbon and HEPA filters through the Atmosphere Connect™ mobile app, or on the display panel of your Atmosphere Sky™ unit.

- Open your Atmosphere™ Connect app
- Place new filter in the unit
- A message will pop-up with the option to register your new filter, and hit "Register"

If you suspect your Atmosphere Sky™ unit is malfunctioning or requires service, please contact the Amway Customer Service team below. They will guide you through helpful steps to determine if your unit needs to be sent in for repair or replacement, and will walk you through the process if it does.
Please do not return your Atmosphere Sky™ unit to Amway without first contacting Customer Service. The team will issue you a Return Authorization, which includes free-of-charge postage, so that your product can be processed properly.
