The Retexturizing System is an intensive routine that uses powerful formulas to transform the skin’s surface and may be counterproductive to people with skin sensitivity. The best way to determine your skin type is to pay close attention to your skin’s reaction to external stimuli. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions below, you likely have skin sensitivity, and the Labs Retexturizing System may not be for you.
Do you have reactive skin? Products such as soaps, detergents, fragrances, perfumes, skin care products and household products may cause your skin to react causing itchiness, dryness or reddening. In addition, exposure to cold, sun and wind can trigger flares.
Is your skin prone to redness? Most people with sensitive skin deal with some amount of redness. This can take the form of a red rash, red bumps, blushing and flushing, or even red dilated blood vessels. Usually, the redness will go away after removing the irritant or with minor treatment.
Are you experiencing excessive dry skin? Dry skin and sensitive skin can go hand-in-hand. It can lead to acne breakouts and cracked skin. You likely have more problems with dry skin in cold, dry weather and when exposed to wind.

What skin concerns is the system best for?
Artistry Labs™ Retexturizing System addresses mature, aging skin with visible pores. Skin that looks dull, rough and dehydrated, with fine lines and uneven texture.
Note: This system is not for sensitive skin types.
Can I use the products separately?
The power and effectiveness of the Retexturizing System in just 4 weeks require that all products are used together as directed. Make sure that when you invest in your skin with this valuable system, you do it correctly and consistently for optimum results.
How soon will I notice results?
You will notice results on day one. Skin feels tighter, looks smoother and looks brighter after the first use, and then experience full benefits after completing the program.
Are there any Artistry products that pair well with this system?
Yes, absolutely. A beneficial skin care routine involves a cleanser, toner, SPF, and moisturizer – all of which you can find within the Artistry portfolio. Our experts recommend the Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Renewing line to those interested in this Retexturizing System.
Note: When adding a product to your skin care routine, it is always a good practice to only introduce one new product at a time and to wait at least one week before introducing any other new products. Since our formulas are powerful, we recommend that you personalize your skin care routine based on your own perceived skin sensitivity.
Are there any Artistry products or ingredients I should avoid while using the system?
The Peel is an intensive exfoliator, so it’s recommended to avoid any other exfoliating products when using the Peel. Examples include: Artistry Studio™ Exfoliating Cleanser, Artistry Signature Mask Brightening and Polishing Scrub, Artistry Studio Acne Gel, Artistry Studio Toner + Exfoliator. We also suggest consumers avoid using the Artistry Intensive Anti-Wrinkle Firming Serum, any retinol products, and do not use any treatment products including Vitamin C skin care products (Artistry Skin Nutrition Vitamin C + HA3 Daily Serum).
Can I use the product for longer than four weeks?
The Retexturizing System was designed to be used in a specific manner for 4 weeks. There is enough product for use during this period. However, if there is leftover serum, use it every day until gone. If there is leftover peel, please wait one day in between using it again.
What is the shelf life?
The peel and serum have a three-year shelf life. Once opened, the peel and serum last 12 months. The device comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
How should I store the products?
We suggest storing the skin care products in a cool, dry place. Ensure the device is clean and completely dry before storing.
If I experience any skin reaction or sensitivity after application, what should I do?
If you experience a skin reaction, rinse off the product and stop using the product. Consult your doctor if a rash occurs. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
Can I use the product if I have sunburn or after a strong cosmetic treatment?
No. We recommend waiting at least one week after a sunburn or strong cosmetic procedure before you begin to use the Retexturizing System.
Can Artistry Labs Retexturizing System be used during pregnancy?
Safety studies of cosmetics are not conducted on pregnant women. Since skin conditions change during pregnancy, whether to use or not use this product should be discussed by the woman and her physician.
Is it permissible to exceed the Max line and fill the water tank beyond its capacity for utilizing the Artistry Labs Aquabrasion Device Suction mode?
As per the provided use instructions, it is strongly advised to refrain from filling the water tank above the Max line.
In the event that the water tank is filled above the Max line and subsequently attached to the device, there is a potential for water to spray out from the nozzle during the sealing process. The device's performance remains unaffected, and the extraction of water to a certain extent during the sealing process is a natural phenomenon.
What kind of water should be used with the Aquabrasion device?
For the best performance of the device functionality, soft water/purified water/bottled water or distilled water are recommended.
How should I clean my Aquabrasion Device?
Please refer to the Device Manual for detailed cleaning instructions. If you are still seeing any leftover residue on the waste tank, use an alcohol wipe or swab.
WEEKLY system regimen
This treatment system consists of two different regimens: peel day and non-peel day. Ensure the peel is used on nonconsecutive days. Following a 7-day routine, you'll only peel on Day 1 and Day 4.
Peel day instructions
AM: Cleanse, Tone and then apply 2 pumps of Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using fingertips. Let fully absorb and completely dry.
PM: Cleanse skin, apply 6-8 pumps of Retexturizing Peel using fingertips onto cleansed skin. Spread on the skin as a layer and leave on for 8 minutes. Thoroughly rinse your face with water to remove the peel and pat dry. Use the Aquabrasion Device and the suction nozzle to remove skin debris and extract pores. Either hover or place device on skin for treatment, do not tug on skin as you move the device around. Follow with your favorite Artistry toner. Pat skin dry, then apply 2 pumps of Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using your fingertip. Let fully absorb and completely dry. Follow with the Device in Serum Mode + the dome attachment. Follow with your favorite Artistry moisturizer.
Non-peel day instructions
AM: Cleanse, Tone and then apply 2 pumps of Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using your fingertips. Let fully absorb and completely dry. Follow with your Artistry moisturizer or SPF.
PM: Cleanse, Tone and then apply 2 pumps of the Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using your fingertips. Let fully absorb and dry. Follow with the Device in Serum Mode + the dome attachment. Follow with your favorite Artistry moisturizer.
DAILY system regimen
AM: Cleanse, Tone, Apply Retexturizing Serum, Moisturize, SPF
PM (Peel Day): Cleanse, Apply Retexturizing Peel for 8 minutes and rinse off, Use Aquabrasion Device with suction nozzle, Tone, Apply Retexturizing Serum, Use Device in Serum Mode + dome attachment, Moisturize.
PM (Non-peel Day): Cleanse, Tone, Apply Retexturizing Serum, Use Device in Serum Mode + dome attachment, Moisturize.
Suction Mode Instructions
- Place the appropriate Suction Nozzle on the Device.
- Fill the Water Tank with water.
- Turn the Device on by pressing the POWER Button.
- Choose the appropriate Suction Level by pressing the POWER Button again accordingly. The Device will take a few seconds to "ramp up" and get up to speed.
- Gently sweep the Device across the face ensuring the Suction Nozzle is in good contact with the skin.
- Continue until the entire face has been treated.
NOTE:
- Avoid the eye area.
- Do not hover the Device in a single spot for more than 3 seconds.
- If the Device is tipped too much, the Device will shut off. Restart the Device and continue treatment.
- Stop if you feel excessive discomfort.
- You may experience slight redness of your skin during use. This is normal.
- Do not operate in Suction Mode without water in the Water Tank.
- Empty the Waste Tank and refill the clean Water Tank as many times as necessary throughout treatment. It takes about 30 seconds to empty the Waste Tank. You should expect to refill the Water Tank several times during a treatment. The Waste Tank is not removable from the Device.
- Do not shake, tip, or lay the Device down when the Waste Tank or Water Tank is full.
- The Device will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of use in Suction Mode to save power. If needed, turn the Device back on and continue the treatment.
When Suction Treatment is Complete
- Press the POWER Button for 2 seconds to turn the Device off.
- Hold the device upright over the sink then slightly tilt to avoid spilling over your hands.
- Remove the bottom cap from the Waste Tank to allow the wastewater to drain into the sink then replace the cap and follow cleaning instructions.
- Ensure the Device and Suction Nozzles are properly cleaned and dry.
Serum Mode Instructions
- Attach the Dome Attachment to the Device by aligning the point on the Dome Attachment with the triangle on the Device.
- Hold the device upright then slightly tilt to avoid spilling over your hands.
- Push the Dome Attachment into place while sliding onto the ports. NOTE: You do not need water in the Water Tank during the Serum treatment.
- Turn the Device on by pressing the POWER Button.
- Press the SERUM Button. A red light will appear inside the Dome Attachment.
- Starting at the top of the forehead, hover or lightly touch the Dome on the face. The Device will beep after 3 seconds. 2-3 cm (1 inch) and repeat until the entire face is treated.
NOTE:
- Avoid the eye area.
- Do not shine the LED light into the eyes. If necessary, close eyes during treatment.
- Serum Mode will stay on for 10 minutes, but the treatment will not take that long. Simply turn off the device when your treatment is complete.
When the SERUM Treatment is Complete
- Press the POWER Button for 2 seconds to turn off the Device.
- Grasp the Dome Attachment by the sides with two fingers and gently pull it outward and rinse it to clean.
- Return the Device to the Cradle and plug it in to charge.

The Retexturizing System is an intensive routine that uses powerful formulas to transform the skin’s surface and may be counterproductive to people with skin sensitivity. The best way to determine your skin type is to pay close attention to your skin’s reaction to external stimuli. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions below, you likely have skin sensitivity, and the Labs Retexturizing System may not be for you.
Do you have reactive skin? Products such as soaps, detergents, fragrances, perfumes, skin care products and household products may cause your skin to react causing itchiness, dryness or reddening. In addition, exposure to cold, sun and wind can trigger flares.
Is your skin prone to redness? Most people with sensitive skin deal with some amount of redness. This can take the form of a red rash, red bumps, blushing and flushing, or even red dilated blood vessels. Usually, the redness will go away after removing the irritant or with minor treatment.

What skin concerns is the system best for?
Artistry Labs™ Retexturizing System addresses mature, aging skin with visible pores. Skin that looks dull, rough and dehydrated, with fine lines and uneven texture.
Note: This system is not for sensitive skin types.
Can I use the products separately?
The power and effectiveness of the Retexturizing System in just 4 weeks require that all products are used together as directed. Make sure that when you invest in your skin with this valuable system, you do it correctly and consistently for optimum results.
How soon will I notice results?
You will notice results on day one. Skin feels tighter, looks smoother and looks brighter after the first use, and then experience full benefits after completing the program.
Are there any Artistry products that pair well with this system?
Yes, absolutely. A beneficial skin care routine involves a cleanser, toner, SPF, and moisturizer – all of which you can find within the Artistry portfolio. Our experts recommend the Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Renewing line to those interested in this Retexturizing System.
Note: When adding a product to your skin care routine, it is always a good practice to only introduce one new product at a time and to wait at least one week before introducing any other new products. Since our formulas are powerful, we recommend that you personalize your skin care routine based on your own perceived skin sensitivity.
Are there any Artistry products or ingredients I should avoid while using the system?
The Peel is an intensive exfoliator, so it’s recommended to avoid any other exfoliating products when using the Peel. Examples include: Artistry Studio™ Exfoliating Cleanser, Artistry Signature Mask Brightening and Polishing Scrub, Artistry Studio Acne Gel, Artistry Studio Toner + Exfoliator. We also suggest consumers avoid using the Artistry Intensive Anti-Wrinkle Firming Serum, any retinol products, and do not use any treatment products including Vitamin C skin care products (Artistry Skin Nutrition Vitamin C + HA3 Daily Serum).
Can I use the product for longer than four weeks?
The Retexturizing System was designed to be used in a specific manner for 4 weeks. There is enough product for use during this period. However, if there is leftover serum, use it every day until gone. If there is leftover peel, please wait one day in between using it again.
What is the shelf life?
The peel and serum have a three-year shelf life. Once opened, the peel and serum last 12 months. The device comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
How should I store the products?
We suggest storing the skin care products in a cool, dry place. Ensure the device is clean and completely dry before storing.
If I experience any skin reaction or sensitivity after application, what should I do?
If you experience a skin reaction, rinse off the product and stop using the product. Consult your doctor if a rash occurs. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
Can I use the product if I have sunburn or after a strong cosmetic treatment?
No. We recommend waiting at least one week after a sunburn or strong cosmetic procedure before you begin to use the Retexturizing System.
Can Artistry Labs Retexturizing System be used during pregnancy?
Safety studies of cosmetics are not conducted on pregnant women. Since skin conditions change during pregnancy, whether to use or not use this product should be discussed by the woman and her physician.
Is it permissible to exceed the Max line and fill the water tank beyond its capacity for utilizing the Artistry Labs Aquabrasion Device Suction mode?
As per the provided use instructions, it is strongly advised to refrain from filling the water tank above the Max line.
In the event that the water tank is filled above the Max line and subsequently attached to the device, there is a potential for water to spray out from the nozzle during the sealing process. The device's performance remains unaffected, and the extraction of water to a certain extent during the sealing process is a natural phenomenon.
What kind of water should be used with the Aquabrasion device?
For the best performance of the device functionality, soft water/purified water/bottled water or distilled water are recommended.
How should I clean my Aquabrasion Device?
Please refer to the Device Manual for detailed cleaning instructions. If you are still seeing any leftover residue on the waste tank, use an alcohol wipe or swab.

WEEKLY system regimen
This treatment system consists of two different regimens: peel day and non-peel day. Ensure the peel is used on nonconsecutive days. Following a 7-day routine, you'll only peel on Day 1 and Day 4.
Peel day instructions
AM: Cleanse, Tone and then apply 2 pumps of Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using fingertips. Let fully absorb and completely dry.
PM: Cleanse skin, apply 6-8 pumps of Retexturizing Peel using fingertips onto cleansed skin. Spread on the skin as a layer and leave on for 8 minutes. Thoroughly rinse your face with water to remove the peel and pat dry. Use the Aquabrasion Device and the suction nozzle to remove skin debris and extract pores. Either hover or place device on skin for treatment, do not tug on skin as you move the device around. Follow with your favorite Artistry toner. Pat skin dry, then apply 2 pumps of Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using your fingertip. Let fully absorb and completely dry. Follow with the Device in Serum Mode + the dome attachment. Follow with your favorite Artistry moisturizer.
Non-peel day instructions
AM: Cleanse, Tone and then apply 2 pumps of Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using your fingertips. Let fully absorb and completely dry. Follow with your Artistry moisturizer or SPF.
PM: Cleanse, Tone and then apply 2 pumps of the Retexturizing Serum to the entire face using your fingertips. Let fully absorb and dry. Follow with the Device in Serum Mode + the dome attachment. Follow with your favorite Artistry moisturizer.
DAILY system regimen
AM: Cleanse, Tone, Apply Retexturizing Serum, Moisturize, SPF
PM (Peel Day): Cleanse, Apply Retexturizing Peel for 8 minutes and rinse off, Use Aquabrasion Device with suction nozzle, Tone, Apply Retexturizing Serum, Use Device in Serum Mode + dome attachment, Moisturize.
PM (Non-peel Day): Cleanse, Tone, Apply Retexturizing Serum, Use Device in Serum Mode + dome attachment, Moisturize.
Suction Mode Instructions
- Place the appropriate Suction Nozzle on the Device.
- Fill the Water Tank with water.
- Turn the Device on by pressing the POWER Button.
- Choose the appropriate Suction Level by pressing the POWER Button again accordingly. The Device will take a few seconds to "ramp up" and get up to speed.
- Gently sweep the Device across the face ensuring the Suction Nozzle is in good contact with the skin.
- Continue until the entire face has been treated.
NOTE:
- Avoid the eye area.
- Do not hover the Device in a single spot for more than 3 seconds.
- If the Device is tipped too much, the Device will shut off. Restart the Device and continue treatment.
- Stop if you feel excessive discomfort.
- You may experience slight redness of your skin during use. This is normal.
- Do not operate in Suction Mode without water in the Water Tank.
- Empty the Waste Tank and refill the clean Water Tank as many times as necessary throughout treatment. It takes about 30 seconds to empty the Waste Tank. You should expect to refill the Water Tank several times during a treatment. The Waste Tank is not removable from the Device.
- Do not shake, tip, or lay the Device down when the Waste Tank or Water Tank is full.
- The Device will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of use in Suction Mode to save power. If needed, turn the Device back on and continue the treatment.
When Suction Treatment is Complete
- Press the POWER Button for 2 seconds to turn the Device off.
- Hold the device upright over the sink then slightly tilt to avoid spilling over your hands.
- Remove the bottom cap from the Waste Tank to allow the wastewater to drain into the sink then replace the cap and follow cleaning instructions.
- Ensure the Device and Suction Nozzles are properly cleaned and dry.
Serum Mode Instructions
- Attach the Dome Attachment to the Device by aligning the point on the Dome Attachment with the triangle on the Device.
- Hold the device upright then slightly tilt to avoid spilling over your hands.
- Push the Dome Attachment into place while sliding onto the ports. NOTE: You do not need water in the Water Tank during the Serum treatment.
- Turn the Device on by pressing the POWER Button.
- Press the SERUM Button. A red light will appear inside the Dome Attachment.
- Starting at the top of the forehead, hover or lightly touch the Dome on the face. The Device will beep after 3 seconds. 2-3 cm (1 inch) and repeat until the entire face is treated.
NOTE:
- Avoid the eye area.
- Do not shine the LED light into the eyes. If necessary, close eyes during treatment.
- Serum Mode will stay on for 10 minutes, but the treatment will not take that long. Simply turn off the device when your treatment is complete.
When the SERUM Treatment is Complete
- Press the POWER Button for 2 seconds to turn off the Device.
- Grasp the Dome Attachment by the sides with two fingers and gently pull it outward and rinse it to clean.
- Return the Device to the Cradle and plug it in to charge.
