Are these products safe for septic systems?

Yes. All Amway Home™ products are septic safe. They won't cause sludge to form or disrupt the natural bacteria that keep your septic system working.

Amway Home™ Dish Drops™ Dishwashing Liquid

Can this be used in dishwashers?

No, this product cannot be used in automatic dishwashers. It will foam too much, causing the foam to escape from the dishwasher.

NOTE: If Dish Drops™ Dishwashing Liquid has been added to a dishwasher, try adding a tablespoon of salt, a couple drops of defoamer or ⅛ teaspoon of fabric softener to try to knock down the foam. You will need to run a complete cycle (possibly two or three times) to get rid of the foam.

Is this product antibacterial?

No, Amway Home™ products do not have any antibacterial properties.

Is Amway Home™ Dish Drops™ Dishwashing Liquid certified kosher?

Yes.

Amway Home™ Automatic Dish Tablets

What is the measurement of the dish tablets?

The dish tablets are 1¾ inches long x 1 inch wide x ½ inch thick.

What is the significance of the layers of colors in each tablet?

The tablet is created in multilayers to visibly portray the diverse benefits of the product. The outer green layer signifies the fact that Amway Home™ Automatic Dish Tablets are environmentally conscious. The white layer represents the strong cleaning performance that Amway Home™ Automatic Dish Tablets have always delivered, and the yellow layer represents the patented film-prevention technology found in every Amway Home™ Automatic Dish Tablet, which leaves dishes sparkling and drip free.

Amway Home™ Scrub Buds™ Scouring Pads

Can Scrub Buds™ be used on Teflon®†?

We do not recommend the use of Scrub Buds™ on non-stick coatings such as Teflon®†. If a pan really has a Teflon®† coating, then no abrasive pad should be needed (food isn't supposed to stick to the coating).

Is it true that the stainless steel used in the Scrub Buds™ is longer than a football field?

Yes, the Scrub Buds™ contain 825 feet of stainless steel, which is approximately the size of

2½ football fields (as a regular football field is 300 feet in length).

Can Scrub Buds™ be used on a glass top stove?

We recommend that you follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintaining your glass top stove. They usually instruct to only use non-abrasive cleaners, which would include Amway Home™ L.O.C.™ Multi-Purpose Cleaner (E0001) and Dish Drops™ Dishwashing Liquid – Original (110488).

After the warranty period is complete, contact the maker of the unit to ask if a stainless-steel scrubber is allowed for the occasional burned-on food cleanup.

Amway Home™ Scrub Buds™ Scouring Pads

Scrub casserole dishes, ceramic pots and stainless steel cookware clean. Also great for tools. Do not use on mirror-finish surfaces.
